Fall Flavors

I love this time of year. I love when the weather gets cooler but not too cold. I love when the excitement of the holidays fills the air. I love seeing the leaves change colors. But most of all, I love the fall foods. Today I am thankful for the flavors of the season.

Cranberries, pears, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, turkey - I am a big fan. And I have my own little private party the day that Starbucks brings back the Pumpkin Spice Latte each year. All of the flavors have a sweet and savory mix that is unbeatable. So eat up friends! And be thankful for the explosion of deliciousness in your mouth this time of year. Who's ready for Thanksgiving dinner?

ahh, yes, the pumpkin spike latte. i left starbucks in mourning today, when i was told they have already replaced the fall menu with the winter one, thus, replaced pumpkin spike with peppermint mocha. travesty!
